Joe Flores JD MSN CCRN FNP, is a trailblazer in the field of nursing and law. While earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Joe discovered a passion for reviewing medical records for attorneys. His expertise as an expert witness and behind the scenes LNC became instrumental in funding his nurse practitioner program and law school education.
Joe's perception of attorneys transformed when he took on his first case as a legal nurse consultant, exposing a nursing home's deceitful practices of intentional starvation. Inspired by this experience, Joe pursued a dual career as a trial attorney and nurse practitioner.
Joe's legal practice encompasses personal injury, criminal, administrative law, and civil cases. As a nurse practitioner, he gained extensive experience working with a neurologist and critical care units.
